Golden Eagles Continue Non Conference Schedule

Quincy - The Feather River College women's basketball team continues their difficult non conference schedule against some of the top teams in Northern California. The Golden Eagles currently sit at 5-3 overall, which included a three game winning streak from December 10th to December 18th. Since starting the season at 2-2, Feather River has gone 3-1 over their last four games. This included victories over Diablo Valley College, Sacramento City College, and College of San Mateo.

Offensively, the Golden Eagles are being led by Megan Donnelly. Donnelly is averaging 15.9 points per game on 46 percent shooting from the field. Sophomore Alyssa Barnard comes in at 14.1 points per game and Kylee Cox is averaging 11.8 points per game. 

Defensively, Feather River is being led Jersey Tsosie with 7.3 rebounds per game and Donnelly's 3.4 steals per game. 

Up next, the Golden Eagles travel to Medocino College today (11/22) for a 5pm tip off and tomorrow (11/23) at Santa Rosa Junior College for a 2pm tip.
