Conrad Gooley brings a wealth of soccer experience and leadership to Feather River College, entering his fifth year as Head Coach for both the Men's and Women's programs. A standout athlete and scholar, Gooley's journey began at Feather River College, where he graduated in 2017 before transferring to NCAA DII Concordia University, Portland. Here’s a snapshot of his achievements and coaching accolades:

Coaching Achievements:
- Guided teams to 4 conference championships.
- Secured 6 playoff appearances.
- Won 4 conference titles (one as an assistant coach, three as head coach).
- Reached the 2nd round of playoffs in 2022, 2024, & 2025 as head coach.

Player Development:
- 3 All-American
- 4 Scholar All-American
- 5 All-State player
- 7 All-Region players
- 18 Conference MVPs and/or Players of the Year across various positions.

Team Achievements:
Men’s Program:
- Coached 12 first team all-conference players.
- Coached 11 second team all-conference players.
- Successfully transferred 43 athletes to higher-level programs.

Women’s Program
- Coached 8 first team all-conference players.
- Coached 8 second team all-conference players.
- Successfully transferred 20 athletes to higher-level programs.

Playing Career Highlights:
- Scholar All-American during his collegiate career.
- Captained Feather River College to an undefeated regular season and a Golden Valley Conference Championship and two Elite 8 appearances.

Education and Continuing Development:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Concordia University, Portland.
- Master’s degree in Higher Education at the University of Portland.
