Golden Eagles Start Season on the Road
Quincy - The Feather River College Men's Soccer team has started the 2022 season with a 1-3 record through the first three weeks of the season. Like most sports programs at Feather River College, the start of the season means long bus rides on the road. The Golden Eagles first nine games of the season are on the road, with their first home not occurring until October 7th.
The Golden Eagles opened the season with a 3-0 win at Foothill College. Feather River has followed up with three consecutive losses. Losses to Canada College 3-2, Las Positas College 5-3, and Merced College 5-1.
Feather River is being lead offensively by Sophomore Tajio James. James, has five of the nine Golden Eagles goals this season. Sophomore Kieran Swanson has contributed four assists as well.
The Golden Eagles look to bounce back against Ohlone College on Tuesday, September 13th.
