FRC Eagles soar over College of the Siskiyous!

The Feather River College Eagles beat College of the Siskiyous 22-15 on Saturday March 20, 2021.

Feather River's offense was led by Quarterback Jared Taylor who was 14-17 for 150 yards and no interceptions.   Top receivers this week were Jacob Backus who caught three passes for a total of 33 yards, Taitum Burmfield who caught one 28-yard pass for a touchdown, and Sam Marshall caught one pass for 27-yards.   Top rushers were Jared Taylor who carried the ball 15 times for 81 yards, Da'Jon Thomas had 5 carries for 59 yards, Tanner Hall with 12 carries for 57 yards and one touchdown, and Tayvonne Miller with 11 carries for 38 yards and a touchdown.

Feather River's defense made big improvements this week and held Siskiyous to 326 yards total offense.  Dominyke Edwards had 11 total tackles, 9 of which were solo. Cole Eichele made 5 solo tackles and 2 assists.  Hrotebert Quintero had 5 tackles and one sack for loss.
