Jalen Dummett Receives Full Scholarship to Lamar University

Jalen Dummett- A native from Oakland, California. Attended Oakland High and decided to attend Feather River College in 2017. In his first season with FRC he was a redshirt and did not compete in the 2017 season. From 2018 to 2019, Jalen Dummett started 19 games and broke multiple career and scoring records throughout his time at Feather River. Jalenis a dual threat QB that has broken the career total touchdowns with 23 accumulating in 138 total points. Jalen also holds the career total offense with 4162 yardsand career total rush yards at 1467. Jalen was named a Nor Cal All-Conference QB in 2019. Jalen has committed to Lamar University, located in Beaumont, Texas. Lamar,a Division 1 FCS program that competes in the Southland Conference. Jalen looks to compete for the starting job over the spring and summer of 2020. We are beyond excited to see what the future holds for Jalen, as he continues to pursue his academic and athletic goals.
