Bio
Kim Travis:
Kim has a lifelong connection to volleyball as both a player and a coach. She grew up in Woodland, California, where she competed in high school and club volleyball before continuing her collegiate career at Chaminade University. Her coaching career spans over a decade at Pierce High School, where she led the program for 12 seasons, winning a Section Championship and making five appearances in the CIF State Tournament. In 2020, Kim transitioned from high school coaching to focus on Arbuckle Volleyball Club, where she continues to serve as director, providing competitive opportunities for young athletes in her community. Since 2021, Kim has been an assistant coach at Feather River College, a role she describes as a valuable and rewarding learning experience. She lives in Arbuckle, California, with her husband, Willy, and their three sons: Justin, Cole, and Ryan.
